This is EmpowerU’s flagship leadership journey for women — a deeply immersive, carefully sequenced six-day experience designed for women officers and mid-management professionals who are ready to lead with greater maturity, strategic influence, and authentic presence.

Day 3: Executive Presence & Contextual Communication

Develop the ability to command a room, adapt your communication style, and project credibility and confidence across diverse professional contexts.

Day 4: Strategic Influence & Negotiation Capability

Learn to build organisational influence, navigate stakeholder dynamics, and negotiate with skill and integrity — without compromising authentic style.

Day 4–5: Career Navigation Clarity & Systemic Awareness

Gain clarity on your career trajectory, identify systemic factors shaping your path, and develop strategies for intentional career ownership.

Day 5: Intentional Leadership Positioning

Define your leadership brand, positioning, and legacy. Understand how you are perceived and design how you want to show up.

Day 6: Integration & Personal Leadership Commitment

Synthesise insights from the full journey, develop a concrete personal leadership plan, and make a public commitment to forward action.
