EmpowerU People Consultancy is a learning and capability-building practice focused on designing thoughtful, experiential programs for individuals and institutions navigating change, complexity, and professional growth.

Dr. Bhumika M. Achhnani
Founder, EmpowerU People Consultancy
Dr. Bhumika M. Achhnani is a leadership facilitator, corporate trainer, and senior academic with around 2 decades of experience across corporate training, management education, faculty development, and behavioural research.
Her work focuses on leadership effectiveness, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, decision-making, teamwork, and professional behaviour. She brings together academic rigor and practical facilitation to design learning experiences that are reflective, grounded, and applicable to real workplace challenges.
She is a Certified Psychometric Test Professional (Middle Earth HR) and integrates assessment-led insights into leadership and behavioural development programs.
In addition to extensive training delivery across corporates, academic institutions, and professional bodies, Dr. Achhnani was a Professor of Management, actively engaged in faculty development, leadership roles, and curriculum design.
She has authored 30+ research papers and case studies, many published in Scopus, ABDC, and WoS-indexed journals, and has received multiple Best Paper and Best-Case Study awards at national and international forums.
